Terms & Conditions

  • All bookings must be confirmed via our online portal or direct email contact.
  • Patients are responsible for providing the correct test request form from their GP or clinician.
  • Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your mobile appointment.
  • Our phlebotomists reserve the right to refuse service if safety conditions are not met.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by laboratory processing times.

Refund Policy

  • Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the appointment receive a full refund.
  • Cancellations within 24 hours of the visit are subject to a 50% non-refundable fee.
  • No-shows or same-day cancellations are fully non-refundable.
  • If we are unable to collect a sample due to clinical reasons, a partial refund or re-visit may be offered.
  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
